The first step in the loan application process will ask you to create an account which will give you a secure way to upload documents, sign disclosures, and check on your loan status.
Information you may need during this process:
- Your income and copies of pay stubs
- Names and Addresses of employers for the last two years (if self employed, signed tax returns)
- Your Social Security Number
- The address of the home you plan to purchase or refinance (if you are applying to pre-qualify you can omit this information)
- The loan amount you want to borrow
- Bank account statements and information
